Mayer, bust of Kapitän Paul Konig three-quarters right, rev. submarine in foreground, white cliffs of Dover behind, large hand issuing from the clouds above attempting to catch the vessel, legend below, 60mm (Frankenhuis 802; BDM VIII, 36; cf. DNW 54, 937). Minor marks in obverse field, otherwise very fine £50-70
