Albert Edward Gray was born in and enlisted at Cambridge. Serving with the 2nd Battalion Grenadier Guards, he died of wounds on 28 September 1918, aged 33 years. He was buried in the Grevillers British Cemetery. He was the husband of Edith Gray of Great Abington, Cambridgeshire.
