The following record from the ANS Archives, 1940, Coin Ledger EFG, p.300, Inventory # 3202 - described as ‘1801 Payable at Lanark Mills (Holed)’. This is the only 1801 Lanark Mills coin that is holed. The Brand number is either 72381 or 116419, the latter being more probable.
