Government of Seychelles, 1 Rupee, 1 July 1919, serial number A/1 08338, signature of Eustace Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, small split at upper margin, three small holes at centre, a few rust spots, more prominent on reverse, 7mm tear at left margin, ink annotations and dates on reverse, nevertheless a presentable about fine, and the very rare first date for type, a nice survivor
