Bristol New Bank, for Cave, Ames & Cave, £5, 11 October 1821, serial number A97, Stephen Cave signature ink cancelled, only two staple holes to left of note, paper a little toned at right margin, moderate ink annotations, lovely strong paper with very nice print clarity and colour protector, good fine, an excellent example of a seldom-seen bank and type, especially having not been cut cancelled, dated earlier than the known range in Outing for this partnership too
