Royal Glamorgan Light Infantry Militia Officer’s 1855 Pattern Shako Plate, a very scarce multi part example in silver plate being a crowned eight pointed star with central VR cypher on a domed ground within a pierced circle ‘Royal Glamorgan Infy’, below the circle a bugle horn, both loop fasteners missing, some plating loss to the crown and the majority of the star points otherwise in good condition £250-300
