Ex Needes, Elson, and Leyland Robinson Collections. Maximum number of clasps to the 31st foot, one of eleven issued.

Hugh Henderson enlisted into the 31st Foot on 14 September 1807, a recruit from the Manchester District. He served in Spain, Portugal and France from September 1808 until September 1814, and was discharged at Portsea on 27 October 1814.
