Edward Brison enlisted on 23 November 1912. Serving in the 1st Battalion Dorsetshire Regiment he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 16 August 1914. During the course of the war he was taken prisoner. He was discharged due to wounds on 29 May 1919. Awarded the clasp to the 1914 Star and Silver War Badge. With copied m.i.c. and roll extracts.
