Victoria (1837-1901), 1862 mule, dies Dg, lc wyon on truncation, wreath of 15 leaves, lock of hair trifurcate, rev. no signature, convex shield, 9.50g/12h (Gouby A; Satin 38; F 38 [dies 2+G; Sale, lot 23]; Adams –; BMC –; S 3954). Extremely fine with almost full subdued original colour, of the highest rarity and probably the finest known specimen (£1,000-1,500)

Victoria (1837-1901), 1881, dies Rr, in bronze, similar, but r and i of britt joined, rev. shield with flat perspective, edge plain, 9.47g/12h (Gouby S; F 110 [dies 12+N; not in Sale]; Adams –; BMC 1725*; Norweb 1098, this coin). Brilliant mint state, of the highest rarity, perhaps only one other specimen known (£1,000-1,500)
