John Bould was born in Macclesfield, Cheshire and enlisted at Oldham. Serving with the 1st/10th Battalion Manchester Regiment, he was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 25 September 1918. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Vis-en-Artois Memorial.

Robert Powell enlisted at Oldham. Serving with the 1st/10th Battalion Manchester Regiment, he died of wounds, France/Flanders on 10 November 1918. He was buried in the Caudry British Cemetery.
