Buttons, Women’s League of Health and Beauty, a rare group of six different small enamelled buttons (eight are possible 1930-37)), the colours denote the different years of issue, represented here are 1930, 1932, 1934, 1935, 1936, ands 1937, together with explanatory leaflet; Festival of Britain 1951, a rare group of three, one very large and two large, featuring the stylised head of Britannia and three cardinal points of a compass (mint) with leaflet; Commemorative & other Decorative Buttons, an interesting selection (28) including Victoria’s Silver and Golden Jubilees, Munich Olympic Games etc.; Victorian Brass Royal Arms type tunic buttons, a useful group of 14 large and 14 small other ranks issues; Interesting Royal Naval Group (Admiralty Division?) two large gilts showing QVC with OE capitals ‘A’ ‘D’ to the left and right over a fouled anchor, one vertical the other at a slant, a similar gilt KC (straight anchor) and a plated KC (slanted anchor) plus a small mounted design of a QVC over a slanted anchor (no lettering), also a large gilt QVC over ‘VR’ on a lined ground but with a roped rim, plus leaflet on the Board of Admiralty; a boxed set of 12 coloured plastic ‘Radio’ buttons, very good condition (84) £80-120
