Reginald Arthur James was born in Monmouthshire. Serving in the 2nd Battalion South Wales Borderers, he was killed / died on 5 February 1945 and was buried in the Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, Gelderland, Netherlands. Sold with condolence slip named to ‘Pte. R. A. James’ and original card medal forwarding box addressed to Mrs G. G. James, 34 Derwent Drive, Litherland, Liverpool 2’.
