Victoria (1837-1901), 1875, dies Lk, similar, rev. large date, thicker lighthouse, sea does not cross linear circle, 9.60g/12h (Gouby C; F 82 [dies 8+J; Sale, lot 51]; Adams 260; ‘Gregory’ 446; BMC 1703; S 3954). Small spot on rim below 1 of date, otherwise virtually as struck with full original colour (£120-150)

Far superior to the ‘Gregory’ specimen, sold for £150 in May 2006
