Strand, J. and Gilbert Pidcock, Halfpence (10), lion couchant, revs. eagle (3), 8.91g/6h, 8.63g/6h, 8.01g/6h (all DH 414); elephant, revs. two-headed cow (4), 10.01g/6h (DH 422, large flan), 9.27g/6h, 9.08g/4h (both DH 422, small flan), 5.89g/6h (DH 423a); nylghau, rev. ostrich, 6.41g/6h (DH 445); antelope, rev. ostrich, 10.57g/6h (DH 447a); two-headed cow, rev. toucan, 6.88g/6h (DH 454); Farthings (2), elephant, revs. cockatoo, 3.45g/6h, 3.36g/6h (both DH 1067) [12]. Third DH 414 brilliant and virtually as struck, DH 447a extremely fine with rich glossy patina, last Farthing about fine, others generally about extremely fine, some with original colour (£140-180)
