Elizabeth I (1558-1603), Third issue, Sixpences (2), both 1561, mm. pheon, bust 1F, large flan, plain rose, large shield, reads elizabeth d g an fra et hib regina, 2.83g/9h (BCW BA-2D:BA-b5), similar, reads an fr et hib, medium shield, 3.02g/6h (BCW BA-2E:BA-b4; N 1997; S 2560). Both good fine or a little better and rare varieties, but first lightly clipped to the size of a ‘medium’ flan £150-£200
