Central Bank of Ireland, a proof/specimen £10, 3 January 1962, serial number 01X 000000, laid down on thick card, and with some additonal hand drawn and painted elements, specifically in the denomination text to the left, right and lower right of the notes, Muimhneachain and Whitaker signatures, note has four tiny cancellation holes and a pencil annotation, backed on card, about uncirculated, unique and interesting
