Silver Frame, 282 x 242mm., hallmarks for Edinburgh 1886, ornamented and inscribed, ‘Medals gained by Archibald White M.D. for Service in India, Cabul 1842, Sutlej Campaign 1845, Indian Mutiny 1857-1858. Burmah 1852-1853’, frame with wooden backing and containing a pad bearing a silver oval frame containing a photograph and spaces for four full-size medals and a mounted set of four miniature medals, good condition £100-150
