Portobello Medals with Multiple Portraits, Capture of Portobello, 1739, a pinchbeck medal signed I.W., de Lezo kneeling, offering sword to standing Vernon, Brown standing at right, rev. six ships outside Portobello harbour, 39mm (Adams PBvlb 1-A; Betts 308; MI pl. clviii, 17). Two sections of obverse rim missing, otherwise good very fine, scarce £200-£260
