A Great War Bayonet Fighting Knife. Excellent Bowie blade marked ‘Nahkampfer DRGM’. Good cross grain finish. Etched to the opposite side the 1914 Iron Cross with, in English, ‘Souvenir of Solingen’. Standard ribbed grips. The bayonet fitting is all complete and working, in its original scabbard with leather belt loop. These were sold to the occupying forces after the cessation of hostilities in 1918, good condition £100-£140

A Third Reich Police Bayonet. Excellent blade by P. D. Luneschloss, Solingen. Excellent detail to the eagle’s head hilt. Complete with stag grips and original police badge. Numbered ‘269’, which matches the ‘269’ to the upper scabbard mount. The leather is slightly distorted and stitches slightly open, but good, overall good condition £500-£700
A Kriegsmarine Officer’s Dagger. Excellent blade by Eickhorn, standard etching to the blade, which is good and bright. All of the fittings match in colour with some faint traces of gilt remaining. Minor indentations to the base of the scabbard. Complete with its undamaged celluloid grip, original wire knot and a matched set of hanging straps with all of their fittings working correctly, very good condition £300-£400

A Kriegsmarine Officer’s Dagger by Eickhorn. Excellent mid bright blade with all standard fouled anchor etching. The exterior has good gilt finish remaining overall with an undamaged celluloid grip with its original wrapped knot, which has some light oxidisation, complete with a matched set of hanging straps, which have lost some of their finish. All clips working correctly, good condition £300-£400
