South Africa, Cape Uniform, proofs for Five Pounds, an uncut sheet of three in black and white on paper printed by Perkins, Bacon & Co, undated but with ‘Decr. 12th 1891’ in pencil on middle note, all with three small punch-holes bottom right (Pick –) [3]. Some surface damage on one plus remnants of paper mounts on front corners of last note, otherwise extremely fine (£350-400)

Miscellaneous, A series of Art and Historical Medals (100) by John Pinches Ltd, in silver, all 50mm, contained in a mahogany coin cabinet by St. Leonards, 30 x 31 x 18cm, comprising 14 trays, single-pierced to hold a total of 168 coins of large crown size, brass pulls, double doors, lock and key [Lot]. Medals as struck, cabinet in good condition and complete with all felts (£300-350)
