Not Local: Irish, perhaps related to the ‘St Patrick Apos 432’ series, Penny, 1806, crowned harp both sides, edge centre-grained, 15.44g/6h (W 1907, this piece illustrated; cf. DNW 147, 1667). Usual circumferential weakness, otherwise very fine and very rare £100-£150
