Percy Henry Batham, a native of Hammersmith, London, was born in 1899 and served with the 13th Battalion, London Regiment during the Great War on the Western Front from 10 October 1915 until 4 April 1917, and again from 1 April 1918 until 2 June 1919. He died at Luttleworth, Leicestershire, in 1967.

F. J. Mellor served with the 18th Battalion, London Regiment during the Great War on the Western Front from 22 September 1915 until 15 February 1917, and again, this time with the 8th Battalion, from 14 June 1917 until 22 March 1918.
