Buckland Monackorum Volunteers Medal 1802, a circular engraved medal with wide single stepped border, 54mm, silver (hallmarks for London 1801), the obverse featuring a dismounted trooper with sabre at the shoulder, above ‘Buckland Monackorum’ and below ‘Volunteers’, with crossed sabres either side, the reverse inscribed ‘Presented by Captain H. Woolcombe to His Company as a prize for Skill at Arms. August 1802’, with loop suspension, nearly very fine £160-200
