Percy Thomas Woolley was born in Sidmouth, Devon, on 21 November 1901, and joined the Royal Naval Reserve on 1 February 1922. He was awarded his Royal Naval Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal on 24 January 1939, and served during the Second World War. He was discharged on 18 September 1945.

H. S. Tyler served during the Second World War, and was awarded his Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal on 20 June 1945, whilst serving in H.M.S. Vernon.

Walter Charles Eastman was born in Andover, Hampshire, on 24 November 1900, and joined the Royal Naval Reserve on 1 February 1922, having previously served in the Royal Navy. He was awarded his Royal Fleet Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal on 16 February 1934, and served during the Second World War. He was killed in action whilst serving in H.M.S. Panther on 9 October 1943, when she was attacked by dive bombers south of the Scarpanto Strait in the Mediterranean, and, having received two direct hits, sank within one minute with the loss of 33 lives. He is commemorated on the Portsmouth Naval Memorial.
