Sergeant W. H. Chapman, D.C.M., 9th Battn. Highland Light Infantry was killed in action, France & Flanders 15 March 1916, entitled to D.C.M.
London Gazette 22 January 1916 “For conspicious Gallantry near Cambrai on 13 October 1915”.
Private W. D. Short, 5th Battn. Seaforth Highlanders was killed in action 21 March 1918.
Private G.R. Busher, 12 Battn. London Regiment (The Rangers) was killed in action, France & Flanders 5 May 1915.
