Henry Matson Waite was an American Civil Engineer. He served as Commanding Colonel of Engineers of the U.S. Transportation Corps. Serving with the A.E.F. in France, 1918-19, he was awarded the American Distinguished Service Medal and the French Legion of Honour, Officer grade. With copied research.
