William Isaac/Isaacs was born in the Parish of Bickinton, Devon, and was enlisted into the 28th Foot at the age of twenty-seven on 6 December 1805. He was discharged on 24 December 1814, in consequence of ‘an amputated thigh from a gun shot wound at Bayonne, 13 December 1813’. Sold with copied discharge papers.
