Private William C, Leplea, 13th Hussars, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 7 November 1914. Awarded the Army L.S. & G.C. whilst serving with the 11th Hussars. Discharged on 21 January 1927 whilst serving with that regiment. Listed in the XI Hussar Journal, July 1939 as being employed as a Messenger. With copied m.i.c. and roll extract. Entitled to the 1914 Star.
