Albert Parkinson enlisted on 4 January 1915. Serving with the Royal Irish Fusiliers, he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 19 July 1915. He was discharged due to wounds on 20 September 1917 and awarded the Silver War Badge. With copied m.i.c. and roll extract.
