‘B’ Division - Chelsea.

John Snedden was born in Scotland on 29 April 1871. A former Game Keeper at Westerton House, Elgin, he was appointed a Police Constable in ‘B’ Division (Chelsea) on 12 February 1894. He was permitted to resign from the force on 27 September 1901.
