Halliday, triptych of the theatre at Athens, Socrates in prison, and Demosthenes on sea-shore, rev. to encourage a steady perseverance in industry, courtesy and integrity, tablet numbered (112), 58mm (D & W 278/555); Death of James Morison, 1840, a white metal medal by T.R. Pinches, 67mm (BHM 1964; E 1341) [2]. First extremely fine and contained in original maroon leather folder [slightly distressed] complete with descriptive booklet, title page inscribed ‘Given to Daniel Jno. Love by Augustine Garviller, Dec. 25 1888’, second very fine £70-90
