Three: Private B. Harrison, 1st Battalion Gordon Highlanders, killed in action, 14 December 1914

Benjamin Harrison was born in and enlisted at Greenock, Renfrewshire. Serving with the 1st Battalion Gordon Highlanders, he entered France on 4 December 1914 and was killed in action, France/Flanders, on 14 December 1914, aged 20 years. Having no known grave, his name is commemorated on the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial. He was the son of John and Martha Harrison of 78 Gloucester Street, Glasgow.

With damaged named card boxes for the medals; forwarding slip for the British War and Victory Medals and slip to accompany the memorial plaque (not with lot).
