Private Hubert W. Grimwade landed in the Balkans, for Gallipoli, on 17 May 1915. He later transferred to the 10th Battalion, King’s Own Scottish Borderers as, Private No. 46774, winning a Bar to his M.M. and the French decoration, and was discharged on 29 March 1919.
