Rifle Brigade, a very fine officer’s silver or silver plated die-cast KC cap badge (KK705) c1905-20, original blades removed and a pin bar neatly fitted; an extremely fine silver (not HM) KC cap badge (Pattern KK705) c1902-1905, honours to the Crimean awards, fitted with an original shaped and burnished back plate (rivetted) this with two original blade fasteners; a large sweethearts (HM silver Birmingham 1892) brooch based on the other ranks glengarry badge of 1874-1881 (KK588), the original pin bar removed and crude copper blades fitted; a poor quality white metal sweetheart’s KC brooch based on the forage cap badge (KK704), no fixings; an officer’s small size die-cast blackened silver plated side hat badge by ‘J & Co’ (Jennens), c1908-1920, most probably to the 17th Battalion, The London Regiment, similar to (KK1847) but with additional base scroll, ‘Prince Consort’s Own,’ two loop fasteners, one crushed (5) £70-90
