Edwin Victor Roy Bridger was born in London on 3 April 1914. He was appointed to the Civil Service of Tanganyika on 11 May 1949, as a District Assistant in the Provincial Administration. During his service he was stationed at Arusha, Tukuyu, Iringa, Mbeya and Newala. Sold with copied gazettes and other research.
