T. O. Fraser was appointed a 2nd Lieutenant in the 3rd (Reserve) Battalion Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers on 8 October 1915. Promoted to Lieutenant on 1 July 1917, the Army List of 1918 records him being employed by the Ministry of Labour. An intriguing group, worthy of further research.
