Second Lieutenant David Alexander Gillespie Pearson was commissioned from the Oxford University Contingent into the 8th battalion, Royal Scots in February 1915. He served overseas from July 1915, relinquishing his commission on account of ill health in May 1916. He was entitled to the Silver War Badge. Sold with copy of M.I.C.
