Rhodesia, Rhodesia, Bulawayo, 1897, a uniface oval silver medal, arms and supporters, 4th NOVr 1897 below, 31 x 25mm; together with a Kruger Halfcrown, the centre fashioned into a cross pattée. [2]. First very fine and rare, second fine; both with means of suspension (£30-40)
Magnia Urbica, wife of Carinus, Antoninianus, diademed and draped bust right, reverse venus victrix Venus standing left holding helmet and sceptre (RIC 343; S 3490). Scarce, partially off-flan, otherwise good very fine (£100-120)

James I, Third Coinage, Sixpences (5), all 1624, m.m. lis (3), trefoil and uncertain (N. 2126; S. 2670); Charles I, Tower mint, Sixpences (9), Gp. E, m.m. triangle, and Gp. Victoria, Penny, 1847, far colon; Halfpenny, 1859 [2]. First with a few light surface marks noticeable on close inspection, otherwise extremely fine, toned pleasingly to a medium chocolate, with faint traces of original colour, second with a small splash of discolouration just above bun of hair and with a few small spots of verdigris elsewhere, otherwise better than extremely fine, obverse with virtually full lustre, reverse toned (£80-90)
