Edward IV (First reign, 1461-1470), Light coinage, Groat, London, class VIII, mm. crown on obv., sun on rev., one quatrefoil by shoulder (?), small trefoils on cusps, including above crown and on breast, no stops on rev. but large trefoil after devm, 2.90g/9h (B & W VIII 3 (a2); N 1571; cf. S 2002). Nearly very fine and a most unusual variety, presumably very rare £150-£200
