The Uniform Coinage of India, British Imperial Period, Victoria, silver Quarter-Rupee, 1876, Calcutta, crowned and robed bust left, victoria queen, rev. 1/4 rupee above india and date, all within scroll-like wreath of Indian flora, edge grained, 19.2mm, 2.87g/12h (Prid. 381 [Sale, lot 148]; SW 5.34; KM. 470; cf. Fore III, 2255). About very fine, reverse better but partly discoloured £30-£40
