Roman Imperial Coinage, Gratian (367-383), An irregular silver Siliqua naming Gratian, after Trier’s first Vrbs Roma issue, struck c. 377-83, d n gratia-nvs pf avg, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. vrbs roma, Roma seated left on throne, holding sceptre and Victoriola on globe, tr ps in exergue, 2.04g/12h (MC 344, this coin; Hoxne 890ff). Perhaps a little clipped, otherwise good very fine, of charming provincial style
