Board of Commissioners of Currency Malaya, a sheet of watermarked paper showing the heads of two Rhinos, and the monogram SDM (Survey Department Malaya), presumably intended for the printing of low denomination notes (anything under the value of $1), but eventually never used, probably due to the outbreak of the Second World War, glued into blue card frame, ink annotations on paper, as produced, very rare and potentially the only trace of an issue that never materialised
