Ovills Jacques has not been found on any of the published rolls. The naming is officially impressed but note ‘Canadian’ in full rather than the correct abbreviation ‘Canadn.’ Graham Neale of Ottawa expressed an opinion in October 1982 that it ‘could conceivably be a late-issue’.
