Swank of England, a note without a clear origin with the text ‘I say to the bearer that Uncle Sam will pay 50 Rounds for every drink he does not receive while in Jolly Old England, date unclear but likely early 20th century, signed James Moonshine, Chief Secretary, and with a vignette of Britannia and the latin motto Operae Pretium Est (there is a reward for work), extremely fine, unusual and possibly American, although printed in London
