Anglo-Saxon, 8th century, gilt-bronze finger ring, 31mm diameter, D-shaped hoop expanding at the shoulders into a flat oval bezel with a recess for a stone (missing); the gilded incised pattern is interlacing over a veined leaf design. Very fine, olive green patina, small areas of pitting £200-£300
