‘For valuable services rendered with the British Forces in Siberia’
Richard H. Child attested for the Hampshire Regiment (Territorial Force) and served with the 9th Battalion during the Russian Intervention in Siberia. Advanced Acting Company Sergeant Major, he was awarded his Territorial Force Efficiency Medal per Army Order 23 in February 1920.
