Thomas Michael Muldowney was born in Doncaster, Yorkshire, in December 1922 and attested for the Royal Marines, serving during the Second World War and in H.M.S. Triumph during the Korean War. Transferring to the Royal Fleet Reserve, he was awarded his Royal Fleet Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal on 4 March 1957, and died in Portsmouth in December 1963.
