Provenance: Glendining, May 1926 and September 1948.

Thomas Whitbread was born in Fyfield, Essex, and attested for the 23rd Light Dragoons, 13 December 1804. He was discharged at Radipole Barracks on the disbandment of the Regiment, 24 November 1817.
