John Niblett was born in the Parish of Alderton, Wiltshire, He served in the 9th Foot for 7 years 4 months and was discharged on 13 January 1815, in consequence of a ‘Gun Shot Wound of Arm at Bayonne, 9 Dec. 1813’. He was aged about thirty two and was a labourer by trade. Sold with copied discharge papers.
