Maurice Jacques Ghislain Leroy served as Divisional Secretary of the Belgian Railways, and was created an Officer of the Order of Leopold II on 8 April 1991.
Sold together with a commemorative medallion for the 150th Anniversary of the Belgian Railways 1985, in case of issue, and copied certificates relating to the Order of Leopold II and the Civic Decoration 1st Class.
Michel Vanbrackel served as Head of Supply of the Belgian railways, and was awarded the Civic Decoration Medal, 1st Class, on 24 May 1984; and the Civic Decoration Cross, 2nd Class, on 5 October 1993.
Sold together with Bestowal Documents for both awards, and accompanying letter from the Office of the Belgian Vice-Premier.
